Information You Provide Voluntarily
Email address (required): necessary to create your account, log in, and recover your password. Optional information: you may voluntarily provide additional details such as your name, last name, or phone number in your profile. You decide what to share.
Automatically Collected Information
Currently, TaskSolver does not automatically collect data such as IP address, device type, operating system, or advertising identifiers. Future note: in future versions we may collect your IP address during registration solely to assign a default language and improve your experience. We will notify you before implementing this.
Information We Do NOT Collect
TaskSolver does not collect: sensitive data (health, financial, or biometric information), cookies or similar tracking technologies, device permissions (camera, microphone, contacts, location, or storage), or advertising identifiers.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect solely to:
- Create and manage your account: allow you to register, log in, and access your tasks.
- Improve your experience: personalize settings such as language selection and theme preferences (light/dark mode).
- Account communications: send you important notifications related to your account (e.g., password recovery).
- Future validation: in the future, we may use your email or phone for verification codes, always with your explicit consent.
We do NOT use your data for marketing, advertising, or third-party analytics.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, located in São Paulo, Brazil.
We implement multiple layers of security to protect your information:
- Secure authentication using JWT (JSON Web Tokens) with automatic rotation.
- Encrypted passwords — only you know your password.
- IP-based blocking system to protect against abnormal or abusive requests.
- Secure account recovery system for forgotten passwords.
We plan to implement email and phone verification via OTP codes in future versions.
Despite our efforts, no system is 100% secure. We recommend using a strong, unique password for your account.
6. Your Rights & Choices
If you reside in the European Union, California, Argentina, or other jurisdictions with data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, PDPA), you have the following rights over your personal data:

In-app account management
To access or update your data: open the app → go to the Profile tab → edit the information you wish to update.
Account deletion
To permanently delete your account and all associated data: open the app → go to the Profile tab → select Delete Account.

7. Children's Privacy
TaskSolver is designed for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected data from a minor without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it immediately. 8. Offline Functionality
Currently, TaskSolver requires an internet connection to function. We plan to add offline functionality in future versions. This policy will be updated to reflect any changes in how we handle data in offline mode.
9. Purchases & Advertising
TaskSolver currently has no in-app purchases, displays no advertising, and uses no advertising identifiers. If we implement purchases or advertising in the future, we will update this policy and notify users in advance.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via:
- An in-app notification.
- An email to your registered address.
- Updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
We recommend reviewing this policy periodically. Continued use of TaskSolver after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
11. International Data Transfers
Your data is stored on servers located in Brazil. If you access TaskSolver from outside Brazil, your information will be transferred, stored, and processed in Brazil. By using the app, you consent to this transfer.
We comply with international data protection regulations, including GDPR (Europe) and CCPA (California).
