Delete Your TaskSolver Account

We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your account directly from the app or by contacting our support team. Please read the information below before proceeding.

Delete from the App

The quickest way to delete your account is directly within TaskSolver:

  1. 1 Open the TaskSolver app
  2. 2 Go to your Profile tab
  3. 3 Tap Settings
  4. 4 Select "Delete Account"
  5. 5 Confirm your decision

This action is permanent once the data retention period has expired. Make sure you really want to proceed.

What Happens When You Delete

Immediate Deactivation

Your account is immediately deactivated and becomes inaccessible to you and to others.

Temporary Retention Period

Your profile and associated data are soft-deleted — marked for deletion but temporarily retained in our systems. If you sign up again with the same credentials during this window, your account may be recoverable.

Permanent Deletion

After the retention period, all your data is permanently and irreversibly erased from our servers. This cannot be undone.

Data That Gets Deleted

  • Your user profile (name, email, and any personal information)
  • Your account credentials and login data
  • All tasks, categories, and activity associated with your account
  • Your app settings and preferences

No Longer Have Access to the App?

If you can't log in or no longer have the app installed, you can contact our support team to request manual deletion. We will verify your identity and process your request within a reasonable timeframe.
