What is the AI Agent?
The AI Agent is a conversational assistant built directly into TaskSolver. Instead of tapping through screens to create a task, set a category, or check what's due, you simply describe what you need in your own words — in English or Spanish — and the agent handles the rest.
It's designed to meet you wherever you already are: a chat screen inside the app for quick back-and-forth, and — coming soon — the same assistant reachable straight from WhatsApp, so you can add a task or ask what's on your plate without even opening TaskSolver.
This is one of the most ambitious things we're building, and it's still taking shape. We're sharing it early because we want you to know what's coming — the full experience, including voice, will roll out in stages.
How can it help you be more productive?
- Talk instead of tapDescribe what you need in plain language — "remind me to call the dentist tomorrow" — and the agent creates the task for you.
- Remembers the conversationThe agent keeps track of context across messages, so you can refer back to "that task" without repeating yourself.
- Reachable from WhatsAppSoon, you'll be able to chat with your tasks from WhatsApp itself — no need to open the app first.
- Voice is on the roadmapTyping won't be the only option for long. Speaking to the agent — quick voice notes and live conversation — is planned for a future release.
How it will work in TaskSolver
Open the chat screen and write what's on your mind — create a task, ask what's due today, or update something you already added. The agent understands the request and takes the action for you, replying in plain language to confirm.
Behind the scenes, the agent only acts on the same task data you already manage in TaskSolver — nothing happens that you couldn't do yourself through the app, it just takes a sentence instead of several taps.
We're rolling this out carefully: text chat first, then WhatsApp, then voice. Each piece builds on the last, so the assistant keeps getting more capable without ever feeling like a different app.
