What is the Priority Board?
The Priority Board is a home-screen overview that shows your active tasks grouped into four color-coded tiles: Critical, High, Medium, and Low. Each tile displays a live count of tasks at that priority level, giving you an instant read on where your workload is concentrated.
Unlike your task list — which shows every item one by one — the Priority Board gives you the summary first. Before you even open a task, you can see whether you have three critical fires burning or whether your week is comfortably distributed across medium and low priorities.
The board uses the same color language as the rest of the app: red for Critical, pink for High, orange for Medium, and blue for Low. The moment you glance at it, you know what the board is telling you without reading a single word.
